Fepaji specializes in the individual tailoring of classic suits, providing premium bespoke tailoring services to discerning clients. Our services include custom measurements, fabric selection, design consultations, and the creation of handcrafted garments tailored to your exact specifications.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, consultations, and services provided by Fepaji, whether conducted in person, online, or through any other communication channel.
All custom suit orders require an initial consultation, either in person or virtually, to discuss your requirements, take measurements, and select fabrics. By placing an order with Fepaji, you confirm that all information provided, including measurements and design preferences, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Once your order is placed and a deposit is received, we will send you a written confirmation via email to [email protected] detailing the specifications, pricing, and estimated completion date. Please review this confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Accurate measurements are crucial for creating a perfect-fitting garment. While we take every care during the measurement process, clients are responsible for informing us of any significant weight changes or physical alterations during the production period. Additional fittings may be scheduled as necessary.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of order confirmation is the price you will pay, regardless of subsequent price changes. Prices include the cost of materials, labor, and standard alterations during the fitting process.
If payment is not received within 14 days of the completion date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at a rate of 3% per month until payment is received in full.
Custom suits typically require 6-10 weeks for completion from the date of order confirmation and deposit receipt. This timeframe may vary depending on fabric availability, complexity of design, and current order volume. We will provide you with an estimated completion date at the time of order.
While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, Fepaji shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fabric supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.
Completed garments may be collected from our premises at 34 Barnsbury Street, London, N1 1ER, or shipped to your specified address. Shipping costs are additional and will be calculated based on your location and preferred delivery method.
We typically schedule at least one fitting session during the production process to ensure optimal fit. Additional fittings may be arranged if necessary. Clients are strongly encouraged to attend all scheduled fittings to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
Minor alterations made during the fitting process and within 30 days of delivery are included in the original price. This includes adjustments to sleeve length, trouser length, and minor fit modifications.
Alterations requested after 30 days from delivery, or major alterations resulting from significant weight changes or client preference changes, will be charged at our standard alteration rates.

As each garment is made to order specifically for you, refunds are generally not available except in cases where Fepaji has failed to meet the agreed specifications due to our error. Any refund claims must be made in writing within 14 days of delivery.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our work. If you discover any defects in materials or workmanship within 90 days of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will repair or remake the garment at no additional charge, provided the defect is due to our workmanship and not due to normal wear, improper care, or alterations made by third parties.
Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your custom suit. We provide care instructions with each garment. Fepaji is not responsible for damage resulting from improper cleaning, storage, or maintenance. We recommend professional dry cleaning only.
All designs, patterns, and creative work produced by Fepaji remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, copy, or commission third parties to replicate our designs without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fepaji's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific garment in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR. Personal information collected during the ordering process, including measurements and contact details, will be used solely for fulfilling your order and providing customer service. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete your order (e.g., shipping providers).
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Fepaji reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
